Our mission is tackling over population of free roaming cats in our communities. Our organization was started August, 2008 by Carla D Jewell. Carla has been utilizing TNR since 2001, realizing that this was the ONLY solution to address the issue of free roaming cats. we want to ensure the public is educated on TNR and current laws protecting free roaming cats.
